We are a young organization composed of a group dedicated professionals who hailed from Carlos J. Valdes & Associates (currently Valdes, Abad and Associates), one of the top ten auditing companies in the Philippines and was a former member firm of Coopers and Lybrand.

VSA believes that our purpose is to “help our clients decide better”. We believe that the results of our services should be able to add or create extra value to the operations of our clients. Having the best interests of clients in mind, VSA, is committed to achieving results rather than merely completing its tasks.

VSA offers a wide range of professional services carried out by competent full-time professionals and specialists. Also, to augment the available services, the Company has developed the capability to tap, mobilize, and organize project teams from a pool of affiliated institutions and professional consultants and practitioners.

Doreen obtained her degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy with a distinction of Cum Laude in 1998 and became a Certified Public Accountant in May 1999. She has over 15 years of professional experience in private, government and public accounting. She gained industry expertise from an auditing firm which allowed her to handle various engagements in local and multinational companies. She also got experience in corporate organization and registration, merger procedures and tax ruling requisitions.

Jeff is a Certified Public Accountant who obtained his license in October 1999. He has an extensive experience in the different disciplines in the field of accountancy, such as, external audit, internal audit, systems and methods, finance and general accounting and taxation.

Atty. Conrad is a CPA-Lawyer with more than 15 years in audit and taxation practice. Conrad and Jone partnered in several accounting projects and engagements. Conrad is also an educator, a part-time professor at National College of Business Administration, Quezon City.

Carolina obtained her degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy in Arellano University. A Dean’s Lister for two (2) years, she finished her studies as a working student. Education is very important to her and poverty is not a hindrance for her to obtaining her degree. She patiently work while studying to pursue her dream. Before she graduated Accountancy, she is also a graduate of Computer Sytem Design and Programming, a two (2) year vocational course at Central Luzon State University, with distinction of academic excellence and No. 1 in the class.

Lionel obtained his degree in Bachelor in Accountancy at Polytechnic University of the Philippines.  He has over 18 years of professional experience in private accounting.  He has an extensive experience in the different disciplines of accountancy, such as, bookkeeping, external audit, internal audit, taxation, finance and general accounting. He has proven senior level experience in policy direction, financial and personnel management.

Leyna obtained her degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy in Technological Institute of the Philippines. She has fourteen (14) years of professional experience in private accounting.

She is detail orientated and dependable professional who has the ability to apply her accounting knowledge and experience to a diverse range of financial issues. Prior to working as an Accounting Manager in VSA,
